Amy Magnus is a distinguished expert in US Customs regulations, playing a key role in policy formation and information dissemination to US importers. She frequently presents at national and international conferences, including the International Compliance Professionals Association’s Annual Conference and CBP’s ACE Exchange Conferences.
As a Licensed Customs broker, Amy is the Director of Customs Affairs and Compliance at Deringer and manages one of its busiest Customer Service Centers in Champlain, New York. She has been appointed to the Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations to US Customs and Border Protection (COAC) and has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA).
Amy's career includes roles as Vice President at a logistics company acquired by UPS and 18 years with CBP, where she was the Trade Compliance Manager in Champlain, New York. She holds a degree from the University of Vermont.

Lenny Feldman is a Managing Partner and Operating Committee Member at Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., based in Miami. He is an internationally recognized strategic advisor, having co-chaired the Customs and Border Protection’s Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee. Lenny advises CBP, Homeland Security, and Treasury on issues like forced labor, intellectual property, e-commerce, and trade policy.
He serves as General Counsel to the National Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association of America and is on the board of governors for the American Association of Exporters and Importers. Lenny has also been a delegate to the World Customs Organization in Brussels.
Previously, he was lead counsel for the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association and chaired the World Trade Center of Miami. Lenny has helped numerous companies improve compliance and efficiency in areas such as import regulations, trade preferences, and border security.
From 1991 to 2000, he was a senior attorney at Customs Headquarters in Washington, D.C., issuing national guidelines and serving as a NAFTA negotiator. He later became the chief compliance officer and VP for a trade and logistics software company, overseeing trade law content for over 100 countries.

Colleen Clarke is the SVP of Surety Trade & Relations at Roanoke, with over 36 years of experience in surety underwriting, claims, and brokerage, specializing in transportation-related bonds. She has held various roles, including customs claims adjuster, bond underwriter, division manager, marketing director, and Vice President.
Colleen served on the Customs & Border Protection’s Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee from 2009-2012. She is a member of the American Association of Exporters & Importers Board of Governors, co-chairs their customs committee, and liaises with the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association. She also leads the Customs Surety Coalition and supports Roanoke's service teams and national bond accounts. Colleen holds a Certified Customs Specialist designation and an insurance broker license.
