January 18 | 2 P.m. EST | 45 minutes

Join us for the first chapter of our new "Understanding PGA's" webinar series! This year, we will feature a new PGA topic once a month. This month we are focused on covering the basics.

What is a PGA? – The acronym PGA stands for Partner Government Agencies.  These are U.S. Federal Agencies that have regulatory insight into importations into the United States in addition to CBP.

Did you know that almost fifty agencies have regulatory authority over U.S. imports? Fourteen agencies, in particular, have “hold authority” at ports of entry and could delay the release of your shipments. Each agency may have sub-agencies, departments, and various laws and regulations to enforce.

Do you know if your product is subject to regulation?

What regulatory dangers lurk beyond the Customs paperwork for your shipments?

We will answer these questions and more during this webinar. Be sure to join us!

If you have specific questions you'd like to send in advance to ensure we answer them during the webinar, you can email them to dlaroche@anderinger.com.
