Ania Wierzbowska-Fuller has over 20 years of leadership and client relationship management experience in various industries. Ania holds an MBA degree from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). She became a Licensed US Customs Broker in 2015.
Ania specializes in risk assessment and import compliance. She leads Deringer's Trade Advisory Group and uses her expertise to help our clients develop comprehensive and effective compliance programs that withstand the fast pace changes of today’s international trade environment.

Mike began his career with Deringer in 1997 as a Post Entry Specialist. Mike was instrumental in the formal development of Deringer’s centralized Post Entry Team and has also served as a trade consultant focusing upon the government’s Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) initiatives.
Currently, Mr. Lahar serves as the corporate Compliance Manager with oversight of Compliance and Regulatory functions, Post Entry, Recon and Bond Departments as well as the blanket NAFTA and FDA registration programs. He speaks frequently at industry and trade events on various government agency agendas concerning trade. Mike also is an active member of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) and is Chairman of the Regulatory Agencies Committee (RAC).
