Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Webinar

June 8 | 2 P.m. EST | 1 hour

Join us as we review the upcoming Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, signed into law by President Biden on December 31, 2021. We will discuss what the act covers and what it means for logistics professionals. We will also review what is currently known about CBP's requirements and what is presently needed to prove that goods are not being produced with forced labor.

Additionally, we will review the UFLPA Known Importer Letter that will be sent to importers that may be affected.

This is the first half of a two-part webinar series. The second webinar, which will be hosted on June 29, will be focused on CBP guidance and the affected entities list.

If you have specific questions you'd like to send in advance to ensure we answer them during the webinar, you can email them to dlaroche@anderinger.com.
