U.S. Border Receiving Cargo Crossings, March 20, 2020

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)  has published guidance today clarifying that the flow of goods into the country is considered an “essential” function.

Based on this DHS guidance, truckers and carriers should be permitted to make their deliveries during  “shelter-in-place” and “stay-at-home” orders that have been issued in various states and communities around the U.S.   (Please refer to the DHS guidance provided below.)

We will update this page accordingly as we receive further guidelines and direction from the DHS or other governing agencies.
